1. Ownership of Artwork

 

By uploading or submitting a logo or design to Hyve Apparel Co, you warrant that you own the rights to that artwork or have explicit permission to use it for commercial printing.

 

2. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold Hyve Apparel Co harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from trademark or copyright infringement claims related to the artwork you provide.

 

3. Right to Use Photos

 

We love showing off our work! We reserve the right to photograph and display the finished uniforms we produce for you in our marketing materials and social media portfolios unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing at the time of your order.
