Returns & Customization

1. The "No-Return" Policy

Because our products are custom-designed with your unique designs, logos, and numbers, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or color preference.

2.Design Proofing & Approval

You are responsible for reviewing your design proof (the mock-up) with total care. Once you approve a design for production, Hyve Apparel Co is not responsible for:

• Spelling or typographical errors.

• Incorrect jersey numbers assigned to names.

• Design placement issues if they match the approved proof.

3. Defects or Errors

If we make a mistake (e.g., we print a different design than the one you approved, or the garment has a physical hole/defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement for any manufacturing errors at no cost to you.
