1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Orders & Design Approval

Final Proofs: We will provide a digital mockup (proof) of your design. You are responsible for verifying all spelling, numbers, colors, and placement.
Approval: Production will not begin until we receive your final approval. Once approved, Hyve Apparel Co is not liable for any errors present in the approved mockup.
Color Variations: You acknowledge that actual fabric colors may vary slightly from the digital representation on your screen due to monitor settings and dye lot variations.

3. Payment & Pricing

Payment Terms: Full payment is required before production begins.
Quotes: Price quotes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for bulk orders if the quantity changes after the initial quote.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

No Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
Refund Policy: As stated in our Return Policy, all custom sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

5. Customer-Provided Artwork

Rights & Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material submitted for printing.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that we deem offensive, infringing, or illegal.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hyve Apparel Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or delays in shipping. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monongalia County, WV.
